The information collected is used only to: contact you and fulfill service commitments, generate and manage your customization plans and booking records, and improve our products and services. We never use your personal information for unrelated purposes.

Your data is stored in an encrypted cloud database with row-level security enabled. All reads and writes go through authenticated server-side APIs; browsers cannot access data tables directly. Sensitive information such as phone numbers and emails is visible only to authorized consultants.

Except for authorized consultants and technical service providers necessary to deliver services, we do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party, unless otherwise required by law.

You can view all your submission records in the account center at any time. To correct or delete your personal information, you can delete your account in the account center; upon deletion your account and all submission records will be permanently removed.
